Directions:

1

Preheat your oven to 375˚.

2

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.

3

Spray an 9×11-inch baking pan or dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan.

4

Bake the cornbread for 35-40 minutes…do not overbake! Allow to cool for a few minutes.

5

Cut the cornbread into the portion size you desire to serve…serve warm with real butter…yummy!

Cooks' note:
Buckeye Beans Buckeye Corn Bread is available at Salsa Express & Soups Online, as well as Williams-Sonoma (in stores only)…again as John says, “It is all in the mix”…there isn’t a better cornbread mix on the market, in my opinion, & adding a can of creamed corn simply puts this cornbread recipe over the top!

Do not worry if you do not have a 9×11 pan…you can use a larger pan & the cornbread will be thinner…bake for only 30-35 minutes. If you use a smaller pan…9×9 pan…be sure to bake the bread for 45-50.

Been receiving "a lot" of requests from my friends and relatives for some recipes they want to be featured here in my blogsite. And I am just as half a crazy to look over my old files to find if I was able to cook the dish they requested some time ago. Well, lucky me as I found this soup dish that my Ate Olive requested. I just hope this is exactly what she's been looking for. ..

Bread Bonda is a yummilicous tea time snack. It is a very popular snack at all over Mumbai especially road side. Aloo mixture is sand witched between two slices of bread & deep fried in a flavoured besan batter. I used left over POTATO BONDA stuff as inner stuff for this. A must try recipe. Quick & easy too.
